What we install
Level-access & wet-floor showers
Recessed formers between joists on timber floors, cut-and-fall into the slab on ground floors. Fully tanked, pressure-tested.
Bath-to-shower conversions
The most common adaptation we carry out — bath removed, step-free shower, grab rails, non-slip flooring, thermostatic anti-scald mixer.
Wheelchair-accessible layouts
Reconfigured rooms with turning space, wall-hung basins, comfort-height WCs, lever taps and clear transfer zones.
Downstairs shower rooms
Utility rooms, understairs space and rear extensions converted where stairs have become the barrier.
Knock-throughs & structural changes
Bathroom and separate WC combined into one usable room, including stud removal and re-planned services.
Grab rails, seats & specialist fittings
Doc-M compliant rails, fold-down seats and half-height screens set to the individual's reach — not fitted to a template.
Referral process
From recommendation to sign-off
1. Referral
Email or call with the recommendation. We'll confirm we cover the postcode and arrange a visit.
2. Survey
Free home survey, usually within 48 hours. We'll attend alongside you if a joint visit is useful.
3. Itemised quote
Written, itemised, priced against the recommendation — in the format councils ask for when requesting quotes.
4. Installation
Our own in-house team. Dust-sheeted, tidy daily, and we work around the household's routine where needed.
5. Handover
Walk-through with the client (and family or OT if wanted), guarantee in writing, sign-off paperwork completed.
