Stourbridge is one of the towns we work in most, and the reason is layout. The Victorian and Edwardian terraces around Norton, Oldswinford and Wollaston were almost all extended at the back at some point, which means today's bathroom is frequently a cold, badly proportioned room tacked onto the rear of the house with a window in the wrong place and a radiator nobody can reach. Older Stourbridge properties also tend to have a mixture of lead, iron and copper pipework layered up over the years.
